That is, until a cute new deskmate suddenly shows up at the start of a new term.

On the first day of school, Tang Weiwei wears her uniform, her almond-shaped eyes curved in a smile. She asks softly, "Xia Chuan, could you help me? The bottle cap's too tight. I can't open it."

Xia Chuan gives her a lazy glance and twists it open with one hand.

That very night, he sees the girl who couldn't open a bottle cap that morning easily take down two thugs and dislocate one of their arms. She mocks them lightly: "Trash."

Xia Chuan: "..."

Xia Chuan thinks this deskmate of his is pretty interesting.
