It doesn’t matter anymore. I suppose this can count as the best possible ending... Even Chrome’s daughter has been born, and that girl who used to hide behind him is now his age.

For a heinous murderer like me, ending things this way is already pretty good. That was what Rokudo Mukuro thought.

The excessive use of the Eye of Reincarnation had taken a heavy toll on Mukuro’s body, causing it to break down.

Though he had a deep grudge against the Mafia, he still protected the Vongola to the very end. What a gentle person you are, Mukuro. The Tenth Vongola Boss smiled, his long fingers gently stroking the man’s dark blue hair.

It’s a shame I never got to say those words to you. Sawada Tsunayoshi sighed softly.

In the blink of an eye, Mukuro found himself back in the world of several decades ago. Looking at his own healthy teenage body, he felt rather helpless.

“Kufufu... I have to do this all over again?”

Unexpectedly, things took a turn. After blowing up the lab and escaping with Ken and Chikusa, the childhood friend of the young boss somehow ended up being brought home by Mama Nana. On top of that, running into a young Byakuran ahead of schedule left Mukuro at a loss.

Chrome/Sawada Tsunayoshi: “Big Brother Mukuro?”

Rokudo Mukuro: I can live with being called big brother.

Being sent ten years into the future with a bazooka was even more shocking.

Since when had he become the “lady of the house” at Millefiore?!

The Vongola and Millefiore had formed an alliance?!

Byakuran had actually carried out his plan to kill “God”?!

Was everything just a scheme cooked up by Byakuran and the future Tsuna to toughen up the idiot Tsuna from ten years ago?!

The Mukuro from ten years ago felt like there was far too much information to take in.

Byakuran: “Come on, little Mukuro, say ahh. Strawberry marshmallows are delicious. Or do you prefer them toasted? Or... should I feed them to you with a kiss?”

Rokudo Mukuro: “...”

What was wrong with this Byakuran Sho from ten years in the future?!

Byakuran: “Oh my, we’re practically an old married couple, Mukuro. You don’t have to be shy.”

Rokudo Mukuro: “Who the hell is an old married couple with you?!”

★ The story isn’t as serious as the blurb makes it sound. But since Lord Mukuro has already been through a lot, he’s not as rebellious as he was when he was younger in his previous life, so the story is a slow burn.

★ The plot and characters may be a little out of character.

★ Reserved: the Mist Guardian’s mentor, who serves as one of the Vongola’s half-Guardians.
