How the God of Fire Raised Nezha

Of all the places he could have ended up, Zhu Rong had to land in a harem novel written by an elementary school student, where he was just a bit player.

One day in the 21st century, Zhu Rong was lounging around and playing on his phone in his own Dawn Palace. Then someone knocked him out with a club to the back of the head. When he woke, he was hanging in a prison, shackled like a criminal.

Zhu Rong: "Exercise me??"

System: "Hello, welcome to the world of Nezha Is Here to Rock the World. I am your support system."

After learning the gist of the story, Zhu Rong could only scoff.

This so-called Heavenly Court was a total mess. The Jade Emperor was unreliable, the Queen Mother was busy doing her makeup, and even Erlang Shen was a coward...

Zhu Rong: "This isn't the Heavenly Court I know!"

System: "Want to go back? Sure. Just help Nezha get through his troubles."

If he didn't need this so-called system to get home, Zhu Rong, the mighty God of Fire, would have crushed it to pieces inside his divine consciousness long ago.

The author of Nezha Is Here to Rock the World made everything up as he went along, writing whatever he pleased without a shred of mythological logic. Fortunately, Nezha was adorable as a child. With his two little buns and big, sparkling eyes, it was hard to tell whether he was a boy or a girl.

Nezha: "G-gege?"

Zhu Rong: "What a pretty little thing."

And then, after the drama queen Zhu Rong was won over...

Grown-up Nezha: "Brother Zhu Rong, aren't you taking me with you?"

Zhu Rong: "...No, no, you’re the boss here. Spare my back, please. I just want to go home..."

Ling Lu: "Mama, take me with you!"

Zhu Rong: "Hey, aren't you going to be a divine general anymore?"

Nezha: "I won't be a divine general, and I won't fight the Jade Emperor for his throne. I'll let him keep his dignity. I want to be emperor, and you'll be the empress of my Yan Dynasty."

Ling Lu: "Then I'll be a princess! Hee hee."

Nezha: "Of course."

Zhu Rong: "..."

A stunning, scheming top who looks impossibly beautiful (Nezha) x an impatient, dramatic bottom older than the Jade Emperor (Zhu Rong)
