Eyes Full of Affection

The homeroom teacher pushed up her glasses and called the roll.

"Han Qing."

A boy answered in a clear voice, "Here."

"Mo Mo."

As the whole class burst into laughter,

Mo Mo blushed and buried her head in her arms.

When Han Qing left,

he handed the class funds and the class register to Mo Mo.

"I'm leaving this class in your hands, Class President."

Mo Mo raced up to the rooftop in one breath,

and saw Han Qing clutching his bitten right hand,

retreating to a safe distance.

Backlit, his eyes were bright.

"She's holding a child, and the usual restraints won't work.

Officer, I'll leave this mother and child to you."

Han Qing walked toward her from the far end of the flower corridor, his back straight and a bouquet in his hand.

He strode forward, his features as lovely as a painting.

Mo Mo placed her hand in his palm.

"Here, I'm entrusting the rest of my life to you, my love."
