[Western Crossover] I Woke Up to Find Wayne Framing Me

After the universe rebooted, Batman thought everything could get back on track.

Until the moment when he was supposed to fake his death and pick up a new son. Just like in the first run, he waited in an alley, injured, and soon heard familiar, light footsteps.

The footsteps stopped.

He could even feel his limbs growing cold, but the boy who should have come into the alley to take him home still hadn't appeared.

A few seconds later, Batman heard a familiar ringtone.

"Timothy?" His future Robin sounded relieved as he spoke into the phone. "I found your dad."

Batman: "?"

*

Al has a secret he's never told anyone.

He's transmigrated into this world.

From the day he realized he'd transmigrated into the DC universe, Al did his best to find out what had become of the characters he knew, trying to figure out exactly where he was.

He waited until he was fourteen, and the world remained peaceful. Superman hadn't turned evil, Batman hadn't killed anyone, Wonder Woman wasn't lovesick, and even Red Hood was active. There was no blue cat head.

Just as Al breathed a sigh of relief, thinking he could make it safely through his fourteenth year...

...Bruce, his friend Tim's adoptive father, died.

Al, who knew Bruce was Batman: "?"

He started to panic.

Wait, which universe was this?!

*

A few years later, Al had figured out where he was and formed his own teenage superhero team.

But the roster didn't look too promising.

He looked at Superboy-Prime on his left, then at Steel on his right.

Were they even from the same set?

...There really was something wrong with this universe, wasn't there?

1. The main story is in first person.

2. A Gotham Knights universe combined with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

3. Leave it to Batman to achieve an ending where everyone survives!

4. Batman's kid isn't biologically related to him. No romance.

5. Also known as Everyone in the Family Was Reborn Except Me

Theme: A reboot won't change the bonds between people.
