[New story: When a Rich Young Master Becomes the Tyrant's Beloved. Now updating daily. Scroll down for the blurb!]
Please add it to your reading list. Help this struggling author out!
[A mischievous, fun-loving bottom x a scheming, loyal top]
[First person, first person, first person, first person. If you can't stand it... Maybe give it a try anyway; you might not mind after all QAQ]
[Reborn, with a fake transmigration into a book. The writing is a little irreverent.]
[Sweet overall, though there are some angsty moments. Consider yourself warned. Happy ending (I only write happy endings).]
Cen Yue was a bottom-tier screenwriter, famous for writing melodramatic, terrible shows. He was dirt poor, liked to knock back a drink now and then, and drank his sorrows away until he went bald.
Who could have guessed that one day, after drinking a bottle of counterfeit liquor, Cen Yue would transmigrate into the script he'd just written...
In the show, Cen Yue played himself as a gay, brainless, lovesick prince of a fallen kingdom. Faced with a future of being torn apart by five horses, Cen Yue slapped his thigh. With both his life and his virtue in danger, he regretfully assessed the situation:
"I'm doomed."
To keep from going down with his doomed script, Cen Yue decided to cling to the upright prime minister and push back the date of his own death. But then...
He clung a little too tightly...
1. A bottom who wants to coast through life without dying x a refined scoundrel top (Cen Yue x Zhong Bochen).
One-on-one romance.
A prince who specializes in dirty talk x a prime minister with a sweet face and a dark heart.
2. Cen Yue: I'd love to hang off the prime minister every day, but unfortunately I have to govern diligently.
Zhong Bochen: I want to raise a domineering emperor, but I also want to tuck him away in my pocket.
In short, we're saddled with worries that come with a role we never asked for.
3. There is angst, but the story is sweet overall. Don't pull out the author's hair; there isn't much left.
When a Rich Young Master Becomes the Tyrant's Beloved: New story, updating daily.
[A chuuni pretty boy obsessed with making money x a doting top who looks sweet but is secretly ruthless]
Qi Zhao was a rich second-generation heir with a comfortable life and no bad habits, unless you count being obsessed with anime. He was a carefree rich nerd...
Until he bought a comic.
It's a long story. One day, on a whim, he spent a fortune hiring an artist to draw a shonen action series starring him. But when he got the comic, what he saw was a scene too indecent for even a respectable website to publish, starring two grown men.
The bastard had drawn a comic about two men in an ancient setting...
Driven by curiosity, Qi Zhao read the masterpiece, and the more he read, the more hooked he became. He never expected the wretched comic to turn into a tragedy! The protagonist had gone hungry and half-clothed since childhood, finally grown up, only to be imprisoned in the palace by a scumbag tyrant and tormented until he was broken. Then both of them got a tragic ending. In tears, Qi Zhao drank a bottle of red wine from the Guangxu era and went to sleep, planning to break the artist's legs when he woke up.
But when he did wake, he had transmigrated into the comic, becoming the tragic male lead who gets abused. The tyrant before him was cold as ice and opened with, "Kneel!"
As if! Would Young Master Qi ever kneel for you?! But the man before him was so gorgeous that Qi Zhao's sorrowful tears came rushing out of the corners of his mouth...
Ding... System alert: Congratulations, you've unlocked the main quest: Do your best to survive!
---A little extra---
Qi Zhao: "Stop pestering me. It won't work. Money is the only thing in my heart."
Li Qiuran: "(Holds out his hand obediently) Here, take some money."
Qi Zhao scoffs: "You think this little bit of money will change my mind? It's not even enough to buy a figurine!"
Li Qiuran loads several carts with the glazed roof tiles he ripped off the imperial palace, then dumps them on the ground with a clatter. "They're all yours."
Qi Zhao: "...So your emperor nephew is living in a tent now?!"
Theme:
What a treasure, I actually saved it for so long before reading it. I didn't read enough.
When was the limited exemption... I bought two copies of this book, and I didn't even encounter the limited exemption once →_→
Confession, wow wow, I also finished reading the other one and loved it so much
Really, the second reading after two years may be because it has been too long. The second reading is like a new book. I couldn't stop crying after that. When I saw the fairy sister for the last time, I thought it was the end of the modern goodbye, but I didn't expect to come back again. It was really a narrow escape. Fortunately, even if I narrowly escaped death, I still came back.
It's very beautiful, but it's a little bit sad...
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I just finished reading it so late
Finally gathered with the big team, it was sweet and cruel!
Finished reading!! It's too late, but I love you so much!! It's so well written. Woohoo.
Help!!! When did I order all of this article?!!
Why doesn't the title or the text of this article show sadness? I cried for most of the article. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Why is it so painful?
