Something's Wrong with This Script

Eight years ago, Bai Jingshu gave Fu Qiyu, his crush of three years, a love letter.

It sank without a trace. He never heard back.

He thought he'd been coldly rejected. His self-esteem shattered, he cut off contact completely and spent eight years trying to move on.

Eight years later, he joined a production as a screenwriter and ran into Fu Qiyu, the top-tier star.

Knowing his place, he kept his distance.

Who could have guessed that the star would get drunk, lose control, pin him against the wall, and hold the love letter with burning eyes?

"There are a few words I haven't been able to make out for eight years."

"Read them to me, my little writer."
