I Like You So Much

Updates may come once in a blue moon. Not recommended.

Just days after the talented and handsome capital-born Mu Feiye passes the imperial examinations, the emperor issues an edict marrying him to the battle-hardened female general Yang Tiehuan, a merciless killer known as the Iron-Faced Rakshasa. Mu Feiye has never felt so desperate in his life.

What can he do?

Run away! He fails.

Bang his head against a wall! He fails.

Jump into a river! He fails.

Before he can get up to anything else, his wife, Yang Tiehuan, is already exhausted. "Forget it. Since I can't make you stay, let's just get a divorce."

But Mu Feiye won't have it. "If you bring up divorce, my lady, I'll kill myself again!"

Since old tricks never win anyone's heart, only deep affection can win a wife's love.

Key points:

1. Happy ending, CC. Part of the "So Very Glad," "The Difficult-to-Pursue Bride," and "A Beautiful Fate" series. Lighthearted, sweet romance and a heartwarming, healing story. o(￣▽￣)d

2. They marry first and fall in love later. The male lead isn't a jerk, he just doesn't understand love. Later, he becomes a gentle, devoted puppy.

3. Spoilers can be found in chapters 57 and 58 of "So Very Glad." This story uses that as its outline, but the entire plot has been revamped. It doesn't follow trends.

4. Female general VS charming young gentleman. The setting is one where men are subordinate to women, but this is not a matriarchy.

The completed heartwarming series: "The Difficult-to-Pursue Bride"
