[Western Crossover] That Snake

Oliver Williams took the fact that he had been born into this world without any fuss. So he calmly watched the serial killers and the BAU team popping up all over the TV. He calmly watched Captain America's documentary at the museum, and calmly realized he was a mutant. He calmly joined the CIA. Until one day, he ran into the BAU team and the superheroes. He probably wouldn't be going back to his quiet life as a chicken-like bystander anymore. There'd be a golden finger, and there'd be overpowered abilities. Everything would be there. I Don't Have Pheromones, You Smelled Wrong In the year 3275 of the Star Calendar, Imperial Marshal Heinrich Chu rediscovered humanity's lost homeworld. The entire interstellar community was in an uproar, and Earth fever swept through the Empire. As a researcher of ancient Earth culture, Lin Xu's laid-back life at the museum came to an abrupt end. Now that he was busy all the time, seeing the cold face of Heinrich Chu, the culprit, on a promotional poster made him irritated. He had transmigrated from the apocalypse to the interstellar age to live out a peaceful retirement, not to work from morning to night. When the Marshal himself knocked on his door on a day off, that irritation reached its peak. So when the Marshal asked whether the ancient Earth's evil dragon and the princess it kidnapped had any descendants, and what those descendants were like, Lin Xu replied, "That's just a legend. In reality, ancient Earth had a hybrid offspring of a donkey and a horse called a mule. Because their parents were reproductively incompatible, these hybrids couldn't reproduce." A crack appeared in Heinrich Chu's usually cold and arrogant expression. Everyone knew the Marshal was an Alpha of human-dragon ancestry, the Empire's shining star and humanity's savior. Yet beneath all those accolades, people still felt sorry for him. Because Heinrich Chu could neither smell Omega pheromones nor sense the dragon race's heat hormones, and he still had no partner. Lin Xu's pointed example was rubbing salt in his wound. - Later, Lin Xu looked at the round eggs in their bed, pinned beneath his own mermaid tail, and had never doubted the theories of human biology more. Lin Xu asked the person lying beside him, "When we first met, why did you ask about the evil dragon and the princess?" The Marshal wrapped his dragon tail around his beloved and their eggs. The tip of his tail brushed Lin Xu's waist as he replied, "Because you smelled so sweet. For the first time... I wanted to mark someone and have eggs with them." Lin Xu: "...Stop acting cute." He really wanted to remind him that he was a pure-blooded ancient Earth human, with only one sex and no pheromones. ...What the hell did you smell? - He came from death and bloodshed. He needed no salvation, yet was intoxicated by gentle comfort.
