[Anime Crossover] Lord of Arakawa

The Arakawa River begins at Mount Shigetake in Kai Province, flows through the Chichibu Mountains and the basin, passes through the Nagatoro Gorge, then heads north through Osato District and Yorii Town before entering the Kanto Plain. Downstream, it turns southeast at Kumagaya and joins the Iruma River in Kawagoe City. After flowing through Saitama, it turns east again, leaves as the Sumida River, and finally empties into Edo Bay. I woke up to find a whole sea of blue in front of me and nearly lost it. Then I found out the talisman I'd drawn on a whim was to blame. #What kind of lazy fish is the Arakawa River? #My underlings can't possibly be this ugly #One more thing: nine out of ten ugly ones are dorks, and the last one's especially flirty #Apparently they're all single dogs Content warnings: The Arakawa Lord transmigrates; his true form is an otter; main character is the top; the pairing is undecided. Some original settings; possible OOC; the Onmyoji plot remains unchanged and intact; several side pairings. Once again, if this isn't for you, please use the button in the upper right. Let's not waste each other's time. Announcement: Unless anything unexpected happens, this story is expected to go VIP on July 24.
