Once Upon a Time, There Was an Author

Once upon a time, there was an author who was addicted to starting new stories. Her old stories were treated like stepchildren, and whenever she remembered one, she'd drag her feet before posting a single chapter.

Once upon a time, there was a reader who waited beneath an abandoned story, crying out to be fed. Every time the author posted a chapter, it felt like New Year's: the reader would send a tip and write a review. But one day, after the author had forgotten the story for half a year, the reader turned from fan to hater in a fit of rage.

And so... the author transmigrated.

A spite-fueled work of revenge. @Su Changtian, do you still remember "The Legend of the Galaxy Guardian" from the shores of Daming Lake? If this story ends and you still haven't turned back into that diligent Daoist, you'll lose me.
