Reborn: The Phoenix's Guest Guide [GL]

Lighthearted version: She was miserably in love with her best friend, but was too much of a coward to confess even on her deathbed. Luckily, Heaven took pity on her and gave her another chance. But... another chance doesn't seem to help at all! The two still meet, and her friend still falls for someone else. She seems to be the third party intruding on their relationship... What is she supposed to do? Never mind, she'll steal her away first and make her hers. Once they've consummated their relationship, let's see her try to run...

Serious version: She watched helplessly as the woman she loved, dressed in a phoenix coronet and bridal robes, married another. They lived in perfect harmony and had many children. She stayed by her side as her childhood friend until she died alone of old age, never daring to confess her feelings.

"Huang Yu, when I die, cremate me. Across a thousand mountains and ten thousand rivers, I only hope I can still be with you on the wind."

But when she opened her eyes again, she was back at fourteen. They were the best of friends, innocent and inseparable.

This time, would she watch her throw herself into someone else's arms again, then leave in despair and loneliness, or take a risky path and stake years of affection on one chance?

"Huang Yu, I love you."

"Give me time. I'll make you love me as much as I love you."

"Time has never been a problem. If one year isn't enough, then two. If two aren't enough, then three. I'll never give up, not until the day I die!"

The ending absolutely has to be happy...
