[Captain America] The Winter Soldier's Garden

A prompt I came up with while discussing how well the Steve/Bucky pairing works with all sorts of tropes.

Spring and summer arrive one after another, yet the Winter Soldier's garden remains in the dead of winter. But the ice and snow covering his garden melt beneath Steve's gentle touch.

The pairing is Steve Rogers/Bucky Barnes, also known as Captain America/Winter Soldier, Cap/Winter Soldier, or Stucky. This story features Budding Winter, meaning Steve Rogers before he receives the serum/Winter Soldier.

The prompt is inspired by Oscar Wilde's fairy tale "The Selfish Giant."
