[Captain America/Avengers] A Tree in Bloom, A Heart Full of Longing

This is roughly about how Captain America gets through the desperate, heart-wrenching days before Bucky and the others who disappeared return, ahead of the release of Avengers: Endgame. The couples include the explicitly stated WinterShield, as well as possibly switching roles, though it isn't mentioned and I'm not ruling it out. There are also passing mentions of Stony and Thorki, and a father-son relationship between Iron Man and Iron Spider. The idea came from a fleeting thought of mine. It started with a very innocent, romantic Japanese folktale about "Grandpa Blossom," but I don't know why it eventually strayed so far off course into a bizarre, twisted, and downright deranged direction. There may be some oddly shaped invisible cars... My writing is bad, the style is both disjointed and jumpy, and once again my poor writing ruins a good idea. It's both filthy and heartbreaking, with an open ending, probably? The reason I kept forgetting to move this story to LJJ was probably that Avengers: Infinity War hit me too hard... Theme:
