I read a bit of everything and have no particular dealbreakers, but I generally don't read stories where the protagonist is completely detached from love and the plot is all that matters, or characters who feel too down-to-earth. I judge fictional characters based only on my own values, not the author.
Pure-Love Mystery and Detective Fiction
I like episodic stories. No particular order. My favorite pairings have mutual doting, with the receiving partner getting a bit more affection. I also like relationships where both sides get equal attention.
Appreciating Great BL: Pure Love Edition
Couples are strictly one-on-one and endgame. No pairings that break up or reverse the ships I dream about, and no extreme top/bottom faction hardliners.
