One Piece: A Ninja's Road to Freedom

It was a world that existed only in dreams, a world of "what ifs"... What if Hyuga Neji had survived that battle, and he and Tenten had a clever, lively daughter... What if, in Portgas D. Ace's predetermined destiny, there had appeared a young genius kunoichi with the Byakugan, a whole arsenal of weapons, medical skills, and the title of a prodigy... Would the ending of the story have turned out differently?... Hinata Amane, a new-generation Konoha genius chunin trained by the "greatest medical ninja," Uchiha Sakura, may hate the cursed seal on her forehead with all her heart, but unlike her father, she believes she holds her own fate in her hands! Except... She never heard that this routine mission might bring her into contact with any Uchiha besides Sarada and Sasuke's teacher! A B-rank mission suddenly turns into an S-rank one... Even if the Hyuga and Uchiha are distantly related, that's no reason to make things this hard for her! And how did that cursed, overpowered Sharingan send her to a place that makes absolutely no sense?! The young pirate Portgas D. Ace has only just set sail. He knows the weather on the Grand Line is always unpredictable, and he hasn't found any companions yet... But that doesn't mean he wants a girl to suddenly fall out of the sky and land right on top of him! Still, a girl who can walk on the sea as if it were solid ground is really interesting! Maybe he should just invite her to join his crew! And so begins the journey of a disciplined young kunoichi from the Hyuga family, spirited away by the unruly rascal from the Portgas family, as they set out in pursuit of freedom! [Friendly reminder] I wrote this story to fulfill a long-held, impossible dream of seeing my favorite pirates and ninjas together... So the overall logic isn't very rigorous, there are bugs everywhere, and the characters are badly out of character. Please bear with me. I dedicate this story to everyone who also wants to see them happy. May every wish blossom into spring in this dream world, and may the moon shine full in the heart of heaven. Thanks to April Touch for drawing Amane's character design!
