[Captain America] Captain & Detective

One-line summary: A story about the very proper Captain America and his proper yet improper relationship with a chocolate-addicted Washington policewoman. Director Nick Fury still can't figure out how an irreverent cop who does nothing but skip work to buy chocolate managed to hook up with the world's most proper Captain America. Thanks to my friend for the cover, even if you only made it to humor me :) It was originally titled The Guardians of Public Order, but has now been renamed Captain & Detective =￣ω￣= That's right, Captain and Cop. Here, “Detective” doesn't mean a sleuth, but a police rank. No angst for the Captain. Warning: this story is super sweet! The whole story is told in first-person POV from multiple perspectives: 9 chapters from the Captain's perspective, 9 from Ellie's, and one each from Hawkeye, Black Widow, Tony, the Director, Jane, Dr. Banner, Peggy, Sharon, and Falcon, for 9 chapters in total. There are also 2 chapters featuring original characters, plus one no-strings-attached extra, making 30 chapters altogether. P.S. I wrote this to save myself from going crazy while waiting in vain for the Captain America 3 trailer. P.P.S. In my imagination, Captain America has surprisingly many inner thoughts. P.P.P.S. The point of view keeps changing. The Captain America 3 trailer is out now. I know everyone's excited, but try to stay calm! The official account is teasing us! Even though the trailer is angsty, I promise this story is sweet! Shameless promotion: [Marvel] Fifty Shades of Winter: The dashing Bucky has always considered himself a perfectly capable lover, until he meets an art teacher who's aloof on the outside and filthy-minded on the inside. That's when he realizes he can be so pure-hearted, too... Written in right-to-left format. Click the link → [Marvel] Diary of a Cute Pet: One day, superheroes suddenly turn into adorable pets.
