Kuroko's Basketball: Mutual Secret Crushes

Online

Half a Bowl of Clear Water: Mido, I really do like you.

Big Brother Next Door: Sorry, there's already someone I like.

Half a Bowl of Clear Water: Who is she?

Big Brother Next Door: My childhood friend.

Half a Bowl of Clear Water: ...

In real life

Midorima: Eri, someone asked me to ask if there's someone you like. [Uneasy]

Eri: There is.

Midorima: Who is he? [Nervous]

Eri: Someone I don't know. Heh... hehehe.

Midorima: ...

[Reading notes:

1. I've only watched Kuroko's Basketball once and read just a few fanfics, so the characters might be out of character, or I might be overthinking things.

2. I like Midorin too, but not to the point of fantasizing about him. Still, I dreamed about that tsundere Midorin, and that's what made me write this. Don't ask me how I know.////

3. This is a short story, around ten thousand characters, so the childhood-friends setup is necessary. If you can't accept that, feel free to close this.

4. There's also a hidden premise [not really]: they have a mutual crush.

5. I'm Xixi. Pleased to meet you. [Bows]
