Clouds Gather and Part

Su Han never imagined that one day he would transmigrate. It had been a beautiful spring day, bright and sunny, and he was in high spirits. He had been accepted into his dream university and even won the heart of the prettiest girl in his department. Life was going wonderfully, until a purse snatcher knocked him into a river and sent him transmigrating. Talk about bad luck.

Well, if he had to transmigrate, he could at least have been a wealthy young master with riches enough to rival a nation. Instead, he became a young master fallen on hard times, waking up to a house with nothing but bare walls and a life of hardship. And he still had to deal with the mess left behind by his family.

Lin Yu, the young man who saved Su Han's life, is quiet and full of mysteries. Though young and strong, he is content to live in a poor mountain village. Su Han is full of questions about Lin Yu, yet comes to depend on him. Under their care, their impoverished life gets better and better. Often, Su Han thinks that this simple life of farming isn't so bad after all.

The sudden arrival of visitors brings their peaceful life to an end. The prosperous Jiangnan region and bustling capital, places Su Han once longed to see, are no match for the poor, desolate mountain village that first captured his heart.

What matters isn't where you live, but who you're with and whether you're living the way you want. Once everything has settled, Su Han and Lin Yu return to their secluded life in the countryside. Prosperity is like passing clouds; a simple, peaceful life is still the warmest and most real.

Farming, food, a slow-burn romance, and a calm, cozy little story. Please don't scrutinize the agricultural details about farming and raising livestock. This is mainly for my own enjoyment, and I hope you'll like it too!
