(Various Fandoms) The Plane Administration's Year-End Surprise Raffle

Because manga artists are working themselves to the bone to create new worlds, Because playwrights are desperately splitting off new planes, Because novelists are tirelessly opening up new maps, And because even more fanfiction writers refuse to be outdone and keep meddling with the coordinates of the planes, The workload at the Plane Administration has come under unprecedented pressure. This includes the ever-rising budget needed to shelter anime and manga characters who have accidentally gotten lost in dimensional storms... To cut costs, the relevant departments have decreed that year-end bonuses for all Plane Administration employees will be canceled, in a truly insane move! In their place, they've introduced a lottery for labor services provided by unemployed anime and manga characters lingering around and living off the place. Winning depends on your luck. Don't underestimate the difference good luck can make: For example, the last person to win got a customized guide to future development from the great Chu Xuan, and is now the head of the Plane Administration! Want to know about the one before that? Aww, they're already a high-level official with top-secret clearance. But what if your luck is terrible →_→...
