[Angel] A Rest Day at Work

...So much for taking a break, huh? I've been neglecting that fellow, who's always been known for his coldness and capriciousness. I wonder how he'll react? Maybe he'll deny that we ever made a promise and unilaterally end this relationship, whatever it is, that might not even count as being lovers... Immersed in work all day, where would Julius find any friends? The word itself sounded so awkward. Most weekdays were like this. As for days off... Forget it, Julius thought gloomily. He couldn't remember the last time he'd had a day off. The two lines he'd imagined saying just now were terribly corny and vulgar. But when Julius actually spoke, his words were exceedingly gentle. "You should get up too, Clavis. It's time to wake up..." "...Are you saying her fortune-telling is more accurate than mine?" Clavis, who was usually indifferent to everything, suddenly came to life. His eyes, usually too lazy to open wide, were bright as he stared fixedly at Julius, refusing to let up. For other works, click the image below to visit the author's page. The original character designs were by Eri Ro, and the animation and manga were published by Hakusensha. I'm grateful for the wonderful original work and for the performances of Hayami, Shiozawa, and Tanaka, which gave me the strength to write. Also, I hope Mr. Shiozawa is at peace in heaven. Regarding the ending: Happy ending, completed. (Scratch to reveal.) Content warnings: 1v1, switch couple, specifically Dark- Lumiere- Dark. Julius is slightly out of character, with a little parody. Warmest congratulations to the Light Guardian, Lord Julius, on his birthday, 8/16! Lumiere, I love you! Theme:
