My Wife Is Fierce

In the Kingdom of Shang, people had a saying: If you have a daughter, may she be born as Mo Yuluan.

At three, she could compose poetry. At five, she could fight. At seven, she studied the classics. At nine, she mastered the art of war.

At eleven, she went to battle. At thirteen, she had won so many victories that she was hailed as the God of War of Shang.

At fifteen, she was granted the title of Marquis of Zhanming.

But the saying lasted only until Mo Yuluan turned seventeen.

That year, the Emperor of Shang accused her of treason, sentenced her to death by roasting, and had her chained at the foot of Black Mountain.

In the capital, everything about her gradually faded from memory and vanished.

In response to the above, the author specially interviewed the person involved. Here is the report.

Mo Yuluan: "That's a load of nonsense! I was framed by that bastard Shang Wulei. If I hadn't saved him back then, he'd have died who knows how many times. If I hadn't helped him, could he have taken the throne so easily? Now that he's secure on the throne, he's turned on me? He says I'm a traitor? I'll betray his whole family! Three years ago, when I was fighting on the battlefield for him, why didn't he say I was a traitor then? ... (Ten thousand words omitted here.)"

Heh. The above is the author's wishful fantasy. The truth is as follows:

Mo Yuluan gave the author a disdainful snort. "Does a badass life need explaining?"

A friendly warning: The heroine is fierce and ruthless; the hero is naive and kind. One-on-one romance, happy ending.

In short, this is a love story between a disfigured, violent woman and a bookish Confucian scholar.
