No beating around the bush: this is a list of recommendations for the kind of Malfoy family stories I personally enjoy (mostly BG, with some BL), mainly featuring Draco (some may also be written from the heroine's perspective), as well as other Malfoy family members, such as Lucius and original Malfoy characters.
P.S. I'm not into Draco/Hermione, and I personally care a lot about bloodlines... I generally don't recommend stories with Muggles as the main characters. (Well, attitudes have opened up these days, so perhaps there'll be stories about half-bloods or... a few Malfoy family members and Muggle-born wizards.) Given the Malfoys' pure-blood wizarding heritage, romances between Malfoys and Muggle-born wizards always come with obstacles or regrets. These are just my personal opinions.
P.P.S. The stories I recommend are all decent reads. Rule one: better none than a bad one. Rule two: no abandoned stories! For ongoing stories, I think it's unlikely they'll be abandoned.
P.P.P.S. Some stories are a little dull and the writing is rather immature, but they really do feature Malfoy family members as the main characters. I'll note these next to the title to cater to different tastes. (For example: Season Two: cute, fluffy BG with naive prose.)

News: I don't actually mind BL, as long as it's not too extreme. But these days, HP fanfic authors either have the heroines fall into the professors' arms or write BL. There's a clear shortage of BG stories about the Malfoy family, so I, left wanting more, have started focusing on Malfoy BL stories! From now on, I'll gradually recommend some Malfoy BL... (Draco/Harry, Harry/Draco, and pairings like these are too common, and there are too many stories. A lot of the foreign ones don't have translations available, which is a pain, so I won't recommend those anymore. I'll recommend some unusual pairings or particularly well-written stories instead. I hope you'll show them lots of support!)

Latest news: I'll also recommend some excellent HP fanfics that aren't closely related to the Malfoy family as bonus picks. Some stories are simply too irresistible, too full of feeling!
