Blurb:
I've read plenty of stories about the Fourth Prince as the one being pursued, and now I've finally decided to write one myself. Maybe it's because the first story I read was a Kangxi/Fourth Prince pairing, but I've followed that pairing ever since...
I think setting a rebirth in the Qing Dynasty is limiting, and stories about the princes being reborn in the Qianlong era have been done to death, so I decided to create a fictional setting instead.
This story is about Kangxi and the Fourth Prince realizing their feelings for each other only after they die, and regretting it deeply. By the River of Forgetfulness, at the Bridge of Helplessness, the gods granted each of them a wish. Kangxi and the Fourth Prince both wished: May we cherish each other in our next life, love one another, and never part. Moved by their true love, the gods waved their hands and made their wish come true.
And so, when Kangxi and the Fourth Prince opened their eyes again, they found themselves on a strange continent called Yiyuan. Kangxi became His Highness Huangfu Ye, Crown Prince of the Yuqing Kingdom, while the Fourth Prince became Nangong ?, the legitimate second son of Prince Yonghe of Yuqing. Thus began their sweet love story in another world.
One last note: The pairing is set: Kangxi/Fourth Prince, without a doubt. To keep their relationship free from interference, I've ignored the other princes entirely. If that's not your thing, click the X in the upper-right corner.
P.S. This is my first time writing an ancient-style story, and my first time writing danmei... If the steamy scenes aren't up to much, go easy on me...
Note: With my senior year of high school approaching, updates are on pause.
I think it should look good. When will I update the article?
The college entrance examination is over, and I warmly call on the author to come back and update the article.
Very well written, please update.
It doesn't matter if it warms up slowly. What's important is to update the text.
