Banyan Fire and Green Moths (GL)

Blurb: After Qing'e Qin Yu was dumped by the Fire God Wen Rong, she cultivated immortality and flew to the Upper Realm to find him again, only to be told the "truth." Qin Yu left Wen Rong with this "truth" and decided to forget everything. However, at the Second Hundred Flowers Gathering, Qin Yu finally understood why Wen Rong had left her in the first place. Her heart torn between love and hate, she finally came up with a plan, betting everything on the hope that Wen Rong still had feelings for her. Once again, for her sake, he would let his mortal heart stir.

A moth flying into the flames is not a tragedy, but my unwavering devotion to you and my refusal to give up.

Author's note

Ending:

If you have changed, all I can do is keep loving you.

If you run away, all I can do is keep chasing you.

If you no longer wish to see me, all I can do is risk my life and bet everything on making your mortal heart stir just once, on our bond remaining unbroken and your feelings for me not yet having faded.
