Love Across Western Europe: London Circle (GL)

Blurb:

After three years together, Wei Qi finally came out, enduring humiliation along the way, only to be rewarded with a breakup. Resolute, she packed her bags and headed to Britain to study abroad. A minor apartment mishap caused by an attempt at cooking gave Gao Qilan, who had long been secretly in love with Wei Qi, the courage to show her care and warmth. In the British Empire, Wei Qi and Gao Qilan began a long-distance romance, and Wei Qi decided to say goodbye to her past.

Moved by Gao Qilan's thoughtfulness and tenderness, Wei Qi fell ever deeper under her spell. When Wei Qi was scorned and insulted by her classmates, Gao Qilan stood up for her, and their relationship was exposed, causing a stir in London's Chinese lesbian scene. Deeply touched, Wei Qi decided to take Qilan into the London scene and propose to her. Once she had finally graduated, she planned to marry Qilan in London in a same-sex marriage, sacred and free from discrimination.

Sadly, fate had other plans. In the heavy snowstorm on Christmas, the person standing outside Wei Qi's door was actually...

Was the hatred too deep, or had their love simply run out? In this game of love, which of them was more cruel?
