[Batman] Gotham Decides to Die

A companion piece to this story:

When Batman first saw the girl, the only thing on her deathly pale face that proved she was still alive was the boundless hope shining in her eyes.

When Bruce Wayne first saw the girl, her little face was flushed with anger, and her beautiful eyes blazed with boundless fury.

"You're not Alice Manson. Who are you, really?"

"I am Alice Manson. I'm also you, and every person in this city. I am..."

"Gotham today is like Veronica in that novel: young and beautiful, yet determined to die. She spent six months searching for sleeping pills, but in the end, she still didn't die. When she woke up, she found the world so beautiful, yet she had only one week left to live."

※ The heroine appears in various Batman works. See if you can guess her true identity.

※ The story takes place after the film The Dark Knight. Some comic-book elements transmigrate into it, so please keep that in mind.
