A Short Mpreg Story: The Ancient God

[Pregnancy, childbirth, and miscarriage] Niche content. If it bothers you, please steer clear.

Lian Qing miscarried again.

One child after another was lost. Deep red blood ran from between Lian Qing's legs. He cried out in pain, but could only curl up on the bed, helpless to save the baby.

The Donald family, his husband's family, was obsessed with carrying on the family line. Lian Qing had been giving birth since he was eighteen, and even after marrying his husband's younger brother, he kept on trying. But why...

Why couldn't he ever have a baby?

"Baby, Mommy's coming to be with you."

Lian Qing fell from the rooftop. When he woke again, he was in his husband Kesian's villa. The man stood in the entrance hall, tall and imposing, half his shoulder swallowed by shadow.

"Qingqing, you're a good mother."

"But in the end, you're not a good wife."

When Lian Qing woke again, he was still in his husband's villa.

He wandered aimlessly through the villa, and every person he saw seemed to turn into Kesian.

His husband was everywhere.

Lian Qing wanted to escape, to live a normal life, to have a healthy child.

But the man asked him in return, "You can't even take care of yourself. How could you take care of a baby?"

"Qingqing, we will never be parted, in this life or the next."

Lian Qing looked up and met the man's beastlike eyes, deep as an ancient god's. Suddenly, he remembered a legend his former husband had once told him:

[The deep-sea people's gestational parent hides tentacles in the womb and releases a lytic substance to dissolve the embryo.]

[The gestational parent's attention must not be diverted, so...]

[They will do whatever it takes to prevent a rival from being born.]

Lian Qing was pregnant again.

1. A beautiful painter, gentle on the outside but strong-willed within x A noble, aloof ancient god who is the head of the family x2 (the brothers can exist at the same time, but are essentially one person). Both leads are pure. One-on-one romance.

2. A cycle of pregnancy, childbirth, and miscarriage, plus a groveling pursuit of the wife, with major dramatic scenes.

3. Happy ending. The former husband and current husband are the same person, meaning he cuckolds himself.

4. This work is entirely fictional, with no connection between its setting or characters and reality. Please don't apply it to real life.

5. Please note the potential trigger: pregnancy, childbirth, and miscarriage are part of the story, but the core is balance. The suffering one person endures will be repaid to the other. 🙏🏻
