The Spurned Guide Chosen to Bring Good Fortune

A beautiful but honest, gentle Guide bottom x a sharp-tongued, even sharper-dicked Sentinel top

1.

Meng Wuchao was beautiful, but came from a poor family.

He had a genetic atavism issue, and his Guide rank was only D.

His spirit form was a snow-white rabbit, born with two wombs.

Everyone said, "He's no good as a Guide, but he'd make a great wife."

Because his compatibility with the dying eldest son of the Lu family, Yunzhou's top Sentinel family, was as high as 95%, his family sold him off to bring good fortune to the man.

2.

Lu Ting was the Lu family's second son, an S-rank Sentinel: powerful, handsome, and arrogant.

He was also the family's future leader.

Unlike his older brother, his compatibility with Meng Wuchao was only 30%.

He hated his cheap sister-in-law.

He thought Meng Wuchao was too pretty, too alluring, the sort of cheap Guide who would use his looks to climb the ranks and sell anything for money.

The Lu family wouldn't tolerate someone like that, so he made things difficult for him at every turn.

3.

When Meng Wuchao came out in ordinary pajamas to enjoy the moonlit night, Lu Ting would block his path in the garden and demand, "Dressed so lightly. Who are you trying to seduce?"

When he accidentally splashed himself while watering the flowers, a garment carrying a pleasant scent was thrown over him, followed by Lu Ting's angry scolding: "Your tits are showing. You really are shameless, aren't you?"

Meng Wuchao thought his brother-in-law was absolutely crazy.

*

Lu Ting also thought he was sick.

He had a disease that made him get hard whenever he saw Meng Wuchao.

Spring* was all because of him, dreams* were all because of him, and even when he took care of himself, he couldn't stop thinking of him.

Even his spirit form betrayed him, shamelessly running off to cling to that man.

Like a dog.

Later, when his sister-in-law guided him for the first time, the self-control that a powerful top-tier Sentinel was proudest of fell apart completely.

He lost control so badly he couldn't even *.

And yet, deep down, he still twisted himself into dark, nameless jealousy:

"Does it feel this good when you guide my brother, too?"

Meng Wuchao was speechless, his watery eyes still unfocused.

As Lu Ting looked at him, he thought, Fine, I'll be a dog. I'm willing.

But he hadn't expected Meng Wuchao to leave without a backward glance when their contract expired.

Only then did Lu Ting realize how many people wanted to be a dog.

It was fine. He would bite them all to death.

My take on Sentinel/Guide fiction, written for my kinks. Might be a little feudal and melodramatic.

I've really got the urge to write. Please, lovely little angels, add this to your collection if you're interested!

Theme: Gentleness can rein in the powerful.
