The Little Lamb on the Other Side of the Screen

Twelve-year-old Liyang is about to start middle school.

He grows up in a warm, ordinary family. His parents are open-minded, and his grandparents dote on him. He has plenty of pocket money and feels confident and secure, believing he can tell truth from lies.

When he closes his bedroom door, the small screen of his phone opens up another lively world. In a gaming plaza, an enticing promise appears: he can get the limited-edition lamb skin that everyone envies.

A lighthearted promise, lost among thousands of casual messages. Trusting in his youthful confidence and a trace of wishful thinking, Liyang edges closer to the trap.

His money is at risk, and his pride takes a heavy blow. He could talk to his family, but the headstrong boy chooses to keep his secret to himself.

This is a story about young people today: loved and cared for as they grow up, secure in themselves, yet forced to face the complexities of social life and lies in the virtual world far too soon. When the rules of the adult world enter a child's bedroom through a screen, how can a twelve-year-old learn to discern, stay grounded, and reclaim his own judgment?
