The Woman from the East District

East London, 1954. A murder case is hastily closed.

A Jamaican mother arrives with a mysterious postcard. The words "Big Ben struck twelve" lead to secrets hidden among the aristocracy.

Finding the killer is easier than tearing through everyone's deliberate silence.

The police, the press, and the powerful all refuse to go further. In this manhunt, one person faces an entire world of silence alone.
