The Odds of Surviving the Leader's Dreams

Menglu the Dream Eater is the best dream thief. Once she enters your dream, there is no secret in the world she can't steal.

Until one day, she receives a commission:

[Uncover the deepest fear of the current leader of the Port Mafia]

"That's it? Easy~ Just wait for the good news!"

Menglu is brimming with confidence.

She packs her things and books a ticket in one go, then heads alone to the target company's entrance!

After half a month in hiding

Menglu: "I'm sorry, I was too loud earlier. I want to cancel the job. I can't do this."

Client: "I'll double the fee."

Menglu: "This isn't about money. I really can't take this job."

"For dream theft to work, the target has to enter a dream. For that to happen, he has to sleep. But that damned man...doesn't...sleep! Do you understand? He doesn't sleep! In half a month, he hasn't closed his eyes for a single second! That freaking...doesn't sleep!"

How can there be such a terrifying human being in this world? Anyway, she can't do this job.

Client: "...I'll triple the fee."

Menglu: "Which word of what I just said did you not understand?"

Client: "Ten times."

Menglu: "I said, this isn't about the money..."

"Thirty times."

"No, I really can't..."

"Fifty times."

"..."

"Eighty times!"

"…"

"When the job is done, I'll also give you thirty free study-abroad spots, from kindergarten through university. I'll handle all the paperwork, and you can choose any school."

Heroine: "...Including schools overseas?"

The client grits their teeth, heart bleeding: "Yes, any country!"

Heroine: "All right! I'll take the job!! Just wait for the good news!"

Menglu the Dream Thief: no one has seen her true face, but everyone knows she's the most powerful dream master.

But no one knows she isn't human.

And no one knows that she is saving every penny for one reason alone:

To send the human children at home to school, with the best teachers and schools!

For instance, the nine years of compulsory education next door seems pretty good.

In any case, it's time to get A Lesson a Day, Five Years of Questions and Three Years of Mock Exams, and The Complete Guide to Pinyin ready in advance.
