Dazai, My Goal Is the Stars and Sea

Late at night, an unidentified object trailing sparks streaks across the sky over Yokohama. Before long, reports of UFOs in Yokohama are everywhere. But Dazai doesn't care. Not until he returns to the shipping container where he lives and finds a strange, blond, blue-eyed boy eating his canned crab, wearing his shirt, drinking his water, and grinning like an idiot as he says hello. "Welcome back! I'm an alien!" The alien, Remi Ki El Dogura, crash-lands on Earth in Yokohama after his spaceship is wrecked. There, he meets a boy named Dazai. The boy is kind and friendly. Not only does he help Remi recover his spaceship, he also shows him all sorts of super interesting Yokohama specialties. But for some reason, Remi feels that the boy is dying. Worried about his friend, Remi reaches out to him before leaving. "Dazai, the universe is vast! Even if you're full of questions right now, someday you'll find the real answers you're looking for. So, will you come with me? Let's go together and see the edge of the universe!" The most romantic promise in the world is to cross the galaxies together, and witness the rise and fall of human civilization. One day, the core of a star will fall into your soul and shine brightly.
