A Torturous Master-Disciple Romance, Me?

After failing her tribulation, the utterly wicked Lian Yunqu discovers that she is still alive and has transmigrated into a tragic master-disciple romance with a groveling-for-forgiveness plot. She has become the disciple of the same name, who "does the most rescuing, takes the most blame, and gets beaten the most."

She idolizes her master, Li Jinxian, and would gladly throw herself into the fire for her.

But Li Jinxian cares only for all living beings. Lian Yunqu is just a chess piece in her hand, one she can sacrifice at any moment.

When Lian Yunqu loses a battle, Li Jinxian beats her with a staff. When she makes a mistake, Li Jinxian punishes her severely... She never plays favorites, but she is hardly fair to Lian Yunqu, making her suffer more and relegating her to the lowest position.

Only after taking Lian Yunqu's Dao bones with her own hands to suppress the Abyss of Evil does Li Jinxian finally look at her and praise her: "You did very well."

Lian Yunqu: "..." In her previous life, she did as she pleased and had never endured such humiliation.

So she begins thinking of a way to break out of this predicament.

At first, Lian Yunqu plans to leave her master's sect and live freely.

But when she sees the cold, emotionless look in Li Jinxian's eyes, she changes her mind.

She will tempt Li Jinxian into falling for her and lead her astray, then leave when Li Jinxian least expects it.

She will take a path unlike Li Jinxian's, step by step until she stands on the opposite side.

The sage is supposed to be free of emotion. She wants to see whether Li Jinxian is truly a sage!
