I'm itching to write a Narcissus pairing (tries to gesture), something like a spirited Zero who travels to the future x a reborn, sickly version (?). Still undecided.

Strangely, this little yellow bird seems remarkably intelligent.

Thanks to the few words the chick occasionally blurts out, he finds a body dump and a seriously injured, unconscious person.

The person has long hair and looks like a cosplayer in historical costume, but has no identification whatsoever, as if he'd suddenly appeared from some remote corner of the mountains.

No one knows how he was injured or where he came from. The only person who could answer those questions remains unconscious.

Officer Fu soon has to forget about the man, because after he adopts the little yellow bird, his world seems to change.

Cases mysteriously start piling up.

Criminals somehow come running right to him.

The culprits behind old unsolved cases gradually turn up.

His colleagues and superiors start giving him strange looks, too.

...How is he supposed to explain that he has absolutely nothing to do with the criminals, and that his bird ancestor just happens to be an innocent bird who wanders into crime scenes every single time?

One day, after a life of happily petting his bird while working hard to catch criminals, the pampered bird ancestor, who only eats specially made bird food, suddenly disappears!

Fu Jun feels as if the sky has fallen.

He searches everywhere but can't find his bird ancestor. Then a new case appears, and the same suspicious person keeps showing up at the crime scene.

This case magnet... why is he so much like his bird ancestor?

And those eating habits and little gestures, too...

The red-eyed detective searches for his bird, growing more and more suspicious.

Wait, isn't this the same person he found unconscious at a crime scene, the one who'd been out for over half a year?

And Fu Jun isn't the only one. The relevant authorities are gradually turning their attention to him, too.

Shen Ruizhe, under scrutiny: "???"

...I'm really not a murderer. Scoop, no, Officer Fu, come save your bird!
