The Right Way to Use a Cauldron

(The manuscript is in progress. I'll start posting once it has enough saves to make the rankings.)

The Xie family of the immortal sect brought back their seventh young master, who had been living among ordinary mortals.

Seventh Young Master Xie Lanyin had a handsome face and an elegant, refined air. He looked as pure as an exiled immortal, but in truth, he was merely a cultivation vessel kept in the family head's estate.

Once he'd been used up or grown tiresome, he could be tossed aside without a second thought.

-

Xie Lanyin had another name: Pig Slave.

Everyone in the brothel called him that, including the family head.

The only time Pig Slave didn't get angry was when the family head called him that.

How laughable. A pebble rolled out of a filthy pit dared to dream of laying a hand on a star in the heavens.

Just as everyone expected, Pig Slave kept charging into a wall without turning back, and in the end became the laughingstock of the immortal sect.

-

On the day the seventh young master ran away, the family head personally descended to the mortal realm to find him.

Sixteen vicious hounds led the way, their eyes glowing green and saliva dripping as they surrounded the seventh young master on all sides.

With a top-grade cultivation vessel like him, everyone wanted a chance to use him.

The family head spent tens of thousands and put out an advertisement far and wide:

"I have a Pig Slave at home. One use for one low-grade spirit stone."

The gong: gentle, broken, with the aura of a devoted husband (perhaps with some sickly elements?)

The shou: an arrogant, feudal dragon among men

This is a concept blurb. I'll revise it before the story begins.

A work written purely to indulge my tastes. The appeal is just as described in the blurb: an over-the-top, melodramatic crematorium romance. Clicking through to the main text means you've agreed to enjoy it.

Fellow fans are welcome. No gatekeeping, and I'm under no obligation to write a commissioned story for anyone.
