Grandma's Book of Time

By chance, Lin Shixu discovers an old diary at her grandmother's house. Following its directions, she finds a mysterious "Time Shop" beneath a ginkgo tree.

The shop doesn't sell time. It keeps safe those moments of time that have nowhere else to go: someone lost a summer night spent gazing up at the moon with their younger sister, someone left behind a bell they never got to give away, and someone waits at the end of the road, keeping watch over their dream...

To understand the old diary her grandmother left behind, Shixu embarks on a journey to return lost moments of time. Each time she retrieves a moment, another page of the diary fills in.

Lin Shixu discovers that these fragments can be returned, but they can also be sealed away or passed on. And the diary that once belonged to her grandmother gradually becomes a book of memories belonging to her, too.

Theme: Growing up doesn't mean learning to hold on to the past. It means learning to move forward alongside the people who matter as time flows on.
