[Blurb]
Song Guan is a Beta. He's lived for thirty years without ever dating, only to have a one-night stand with an Alpha.
Wen Yingya, the Alpha, looks like an angel and acts like a devil. The first thing out of his mouth is an offer to keep Song Guan.
Song Guan is an honest man and has never met anyone like him. In a panic, he runs away.
But Wen Yingya won't stop pursuing him, acting as if he simply has to keep Song Guan. The Alpha chases him again and again, and Song Guan dodges every time. Then one day, Wen Yingya changes his tune. He stops talking about keeping him and swears that he wants to pursue him instead.
Song Guan has never dated before. Dazed by Wen Yingya's sweet words, he finally begins the first romantic relationship of his life.
Thinking he's in a wonderful relationship, he puts his whole heart into treating Wen Yingya well and hopes to spend his life with him. But when he nervously clutches his pregnancy test results, preparing to tell Wen Yingya, he suddenly hears that Wen Yingya is going to get engaged to another Omega.
Only then does he realize that Wen Yingya may never have told him he loved him.
Song Guan decides to cut his losses and run away overnight, taking the baby with him.

Wen Yingya has never been in love. He's young and has everything he wants, so when he meets Song Guan, a Beta unlike anyone he's known before, he thinks he's found a pretty good toy.
He plays a sweet romance with Song Guan, acting the part of a gentle lover. When he gets bored, he'll throw him away.
That's how it should have gone.
But when he sees Song Guan's eyes turn red, as if he's about to cry, he suddenly regrets it.

[Tips]
1. ABO. I basically just wanted to write a melodramatic groveling romance, but since Young Master Wen is secretly a hopeless romantic, it's not quite a full-on groveling story. Also, my writing isn't strong enough, so the overall tone is fairly light~
2. There might be a taking-the-baby-and-running-away arc later... probably.
3. In a nutshell, it's about raising a bad dog (
[Upcoming novel blurb, I'll put it here too~]: Modern-day sweet romance -> Don't Pick Up Men on the Roadside
Young writer Lou Jun writes a hit book, but before he can celebrate, his inspiration dries up. He picks up his pen and can't write a single word.
He panics and cuts himself off from the outside world. He spends half a month moping at home, but still can't write a thing.
Lou Jun decides to travel and look for inspiration. Bundled up from head to toe, he steps outside, only to find a man beside the garbage pile at his own doorstep.
Even though the man is covered in dirt and grime, you can still make out his high nose bridge and delicate features.
Lou Jun feels sorry for him and takes him home. The next day, when the man wakes up, he clings to Lou Jun with drooping puppy-dog eyes, like a child, and says his name is Ji Zhan.
Lou Jun firmly rejects him and keeps him at arm's length, frowning impatiently. "I don't know you. If you're awake, go home."
Ji Zhan lowers his eyes, looking hurt. "I've lost my memory."
"..."
So what if he's lost his memory? What does that have to do with him?
Lou Jun kicks the woebegone Ji Zhan outside. The cold wind howls and rattles the windows. A minute later, he opens the door, grabs Ji Zhan by the collar, drags him inside, and lays down three rules with a deep frown.
First, don't bother me unless you have to.
Second, you can't stay here for free. You have to do housework.
Third, when Lou Jun gets to the third rule, he accidentally meets Ji Zhan's eyes and loses his nerve, leaving the rule out.
Like a puppy, he mutters as he turns away.
But he never expected his inspiration to return after Ji Zhan had been there for just three days.
Lou Jun is surprised and delighted, and even finds Ji Zhan much more agreeable.
Until one day, he comes home to find Ji Zhan gone.
All that's left is a note in Ji Zhan's handwriting, but its cold tone seems impossible for the same person: I'll pay you back for letting me stay.
Lou Jun immediately understands that Ji Zhan has regained his memory.
It feels like waking from a dream. His inspiration is still there, but the person who kept him company is gone.
He tears the note to pieces, intending to throw it in the trash, but a moment later he carefully glues it back together and tucks it inside a book.
Ji Zhan comes from a powerful family and is cold to everyone. Then one day, someone who resents him attacks him from behind, striking his head and making him lose his memory.
After regaining his memory, Ji Zhan frowns at the lived-in little house, thoroughly unimpressed, and returns to the Ji family mansion.
Once he's dealt with the person who set him up, he lies back in his familiar bedroom and opens his phone on a whim. He's nearly hit in the nose by what he sees. The cold, haughty Young Master Ji leaps out of bed.
His photo album is full of pictures of him with a man.
The man has a scholarly air about him, but he's always frowning, without exception in every photo.
And Ji Zhan... is grinning like a fool who's just been praised by his owner.
Damn it, who is this puppy? Is this how he was when he lost his memory?
The furious Young Master Ji doesn't notice that, now that he's regained his memory, he's smiling even more foolishly at the photos.
