Cats Are Kind, and Have Wives

After cultivating for a thousand years, Wen Qi finally went from a tiny kitten to a big adult cat.

The moment Cowcat Wen Qi arrived in the human world, she was horrified to discover that all cats had owners.

But how come she didn't? Wasn't she an adorable kitty, too?

Cowcat Wen Qi was horrified to discover that pretty older sisters liked adopting strays, so...

Fighting back her fear, Cowcat Wen Qi jumped into a pond that was nearly dried up and rolled around in the mud, making herself filthy. Then she lay panting on her side by the road, waiting for someone... to pick her up.

Ruan Fei was exhausted from a business trip. While taking a walk near a subsidiary company, she came across a stray meowing cat. She hadn't wanted to adopt it, but the cat was meowing so loudly, as if demanding to know why she wasn't picking it up!

She couldn't be bothered, but still took off her suit jacket, wrapped up the cat, and brought it to a friend's veterinary clinic. The cat turned out to be very healthy, just a little dirty.

Her friend told her, "Its claws are trimmed and it's this healthy, so it probably isn't a stray. You could post a notice to find its owner."

So Ruan Fei threw away the dirty suit, brought the clean little cat home, took a photo, and posted a notice to find its owner.

One more thing: This cat ruined my 80,000-yuan suit and ate 800-yuan cans of cat food. Anyone taking the cat must pay compensation.

Her friend: The original owner probably hopes their cat gets to live such a good life.

Half a month later, Ruan Fei discovered that the suit she'd thrown away had come back, freshly cleaned.

She was quite alarmed. What was going on?! Had this cat's real owner been tracking it down for six months and already completed half the search?!

Worried about losing the cat, Ruan Fei couldn't eat or sleep properly.

Cowcat Wen Qi watched in disbelief. That was the jacket she'd brought back herself, okay! She liked its smell! She needed it to get through her heat...

Cowcat Wen Qi was reading in Ruan Fei's study when she came across the saying, "The kind get bullied." Ruan Fei was human, and humans get... married to other people.

So what about her? She was a cat. Cats who are kind... get married to humans?!

Whoa! That makes perfect sense!
