A Savior? No, a Player

With nothing to do, you decide to pick up a new full-dive game. You know nothing about it.

But if the game's recommended by the mainframe, it must be top-notch, so you jump right in.

The game's background introduction is way too long, so you skip it. The game's high degree of freedom gets a thumbs-up. As soon as the game starts, the player gets lost and loses the guide NPC... Whatever, that's not important.

You begin playing on Map One: an unnamed, lost Honmaru.

You find [a rusty broken sword]. You defeat and recruit five tigers as your underlings, along with a white-haired child... You conquer this land, claim ownership of it, and acquire your swords.

[Map renamed: Your Honmaru]

At first, you think this is a game about pioneering new land. Then you change its tag to base-building, then to adventure, monster-fighting, and leveling up. Finally, you realize: this is a collection game!

The main quest is to collect famous swords and wage war across the land, right? You rub your hands together, your ambition burning bright.

No problem. You're a hardcore completionist who collects every single entry in the game's encyclopedia!

* Irregular updates. A relaxing, stress-relieving indulgence project. Written wherever the inspiration takes me. Mostly Touken Ranbu, with some swords I favor.

Theme: Work hard at life and stay positive
