The road to becoming the most evil dragon in the world is never easy. There are always foolish knights disturbing a dragon's rest, greedy lords refusing to leave the dragon's gold mine, and clueless kings unwilling to hand over their princesses...
Before building his nest, Casper thought he had prepared thoroughly. But the Dragon God dealt him an even crueler fate: he met a big jerk even more foolish than a knight, greedier than a lord, and more clueless than a king!
The jerk grabbed his carefully groomed tail. “I need a mount right now, and you look perfect.”
The jerk rubbed his neck. “If you try to run again, I'll put a gold collar right here.”
The jerk wrapped his arms around his waist. “No fighting, or I'll destroy all your gold.”
The silver dragon was angry! The silver dragon was furious! The silver dragon roared!
The silver dragon... signed countless unfair agreements through tears.
Waaah, Casper hugged his tail sadly. That was so unfair. He couldn't even beat the jerk.
But it was all right. He'd find a chance to punch the jerk into the sky, turn him into an ice statue with his dragon breath, and hang him in a muddy swamp so every passing slime could stomp on him.
Casper stared at Leihart's back and smiled wickedly.
The Father God said to Leihart, “My dear child, I'm sorry. I gave you a powerful body and extraordinary talent. You are strong and proud, but your soul is cold. I think you should try raising a dragon yourself. Then you'll understand.”
Leihart didn't understand what he was supposed to understand “then,” just as he didn't know why every dragon he raised ended up being a failure.
Until one day, he met a silver dragon who called himself evil. The dragon had an exceptionally beautiful set of scales, a muzzle that looked incredibly clever, and a head that was practically empty except for gold coins, food, and fighting.
“Casper, calm down. You have to pay for things, and that's my money. Let go already!” Leihart pried the dragon's claws off the coins they were clutching for dear life.
“Good boy, use your ice magic. This is your reward.” Leihart sighed and placed two rare gems in the dragon's claws.
“Mint white chocolate with apple filling, spicy waltz chicken wings, cherry mousse tarts... What else do you want?” Leihart dutifully took out his coins and bought everything the dragon wanted.
Leihart didn't know why the little fool of a dragon kept bouncing around in his thoughts. But that didn't stop him from taking the silver dragon's sparkling paw and gently kissing it.
“My dear Mr. Silver Dragon, I planted an entire apple orchard back home. Would you like to sit with me in it and watch the sunset?”
“How big is an entire orchard?”
“Big enough for you to spread your wings and soar over it for several springs.”
The silver dragon's eyes lit up. He pulled his paw back and nodded primly. “Hmm, the dragon can think about it.”

"Barely Surviving the Apocalypse with Low-Budget Videos":
The night before, Ruan Dongjing saw an AI-generated apocalypse video while scrolling and boldly declared, “Low-budget videos? If the apocalypse comes to Earth, I wouldn't choose a single one. Not even a dog would want them!”
The next morning, he opened his eyes. The apocalypse hadn't come to Earth, but Ruan Dongjing had transmigrated to Skyball, where the apocalypse had been going on for eight hundred years.
The oceans were flooded, the continents baked under extreme heat, the forests were overwhelmed by rain, and the frigid regions suffered year-round snowstorms. Here, everything thrived except for human habitability: murderous vines, ancient giant snakes, and apocalyptic sandworms were all doing just fine.
The native human population had dwindled to a tenth of its former size, and those who survived had developed all sorts of mutations. Some could run as fast as cheetahs; some could lift a whole building with their bare hands; some could turn into beasts dozens of meters tall; and some could even control the forces of nature.
Ruan Dongjing alone was still a frail, ordinary human from twenty-first-century Earth. After years of overtime, frequent takeout, and staying up late to get back at the world, he was a physically weak wage slave.
Fortunately, his AI-generated dumb little video power had come with him when he transmigrated.
Unfortunately, his ability seemed even more low-budget than AI video generation. He not only had to scavenge his own materials, but the things it produced were worse than what the AI created in the videos.
Even worse, many creations only lasted for a limited time, and he could make a wish only once a day.
To survive, Ruan Dongjing had no choice but to speak in a perfect AI-style Mandarin accent each day, stretch out his arms, and shout at the sky: “In the cold, snowy wilderness, which house would you choose to live in?”
A shriveled potato house, with nothing but a thin layer of potato skin for walls. One gust of wind could blow it away.
A house made of slightly mutated innards, with a blood-like sticky blanket hanging over a black metal bed and a fire burning beside it that gave off no warmth and might poison him.
A soft dog-fur house, with warm dogskin lining the inside and even a soft little blanket, though it could only fit an underage puppy...
Ruan Dongjing flew into a rage and threw his last piece of flatbread. “The apocalypse is here! Choose the tool you want to die with!”
Ha ha, just kidding. He was so hungry he didn't even have the strength to hang himself.
Fortunately, if he gathered enough materials, he could accumulate energy and upgrade his golden finger.
One stone could turn into three castles, complete with climate-controlled pantries and armories.
He could create a train from thin air that ran without tracks and came with a dining car full of unlimited food.
He could even make weapons from a magical world with supernatural powers...
For a better life, Ruan Dongjing snuck around everywhere with his cats and dogs, scavenging trash and stockpiling resources. He overcame his embarrassment and practiced his AI announcer voice every day, shouting at the heavens and the earth. He racked his brains to design his dream home...
Life was hard, but he found joy in it and came to recognize the beautiful side of this cruel world: breathtaking scenery, sincere affection, and a handsome, beautiful supplier?
Wait, sorry, handsome and beautiful Mr. Supplier, please behave yourself. This is a cold, hard cash transaction. I'll perform, but I won't sell my body!
Yan Xuan smiled. “Why are you being so heartless, Dongdong? You can't buy food, seeds, or even medicine on the cold, hard market.”
Ruan Dongjing raised his gun. “That's true, sir. But you can't buy a hidden shelter, an armory, or even magical creatures anywhere else, either. So, if we're going to keep working together happily, back away from me. And keep your hands to yourself!”
Yan Xuan raised his hands helplessly. “How about this? You step back a little, and I'll step back a little. Then...”
The Earth is round, and so is Skyball. If everyone keeps stepping back, they'll end up in the same bed.
Marriage is here. Choose your love nest:
A hard peanut house with lots of strange little skirts made of very little fabric hanging behind its red curtains; an elegant water-ball house with a comfortable, soft bed that perfectly conforms to the body's curves; a shriveled longan house with a hard bed, though whoever lies on it seems to have endless energy...
Yan Xuan looked thoughtfully at Ruan Dongjing. “So that's the kind of style you like, Dongdong. Then let's choose all of them!”
Ruan Dongjing's power suddenly went out of control again. He angrily kicked the houses aside. “Let me make an excuse, no, let me explain...”
