In the Love Show Arena with My Actress Ex, an Omega

Yu Xiashi is a defective alpha, born with an underdeveloped gland and unable to sense any pheromones. She lives like a beta.

Clumsy, sensitive, and unable to say no, she is coaxed and tricked into joining an AO dating show directed by her mentor's daughter. Her main task is to stir up flirtatious tension among the top big shots and generate buzz for the show.

Yu Xiashi never expected to run into her ex-girlfriend, Qin Zhixian, on the show.

In the four years since they broke up, Qin Zhixian has gone from an unknown actress to a hugely popular, nationally acclaimed movie queen, while Yu Xiashi has hit rock bottom and lost everything.

The movie queen is gorgeous, like a flower atop a lofty peak. She glances at Yu Xiashi with a cool indifference greater than the way she looks at anyone else there.

Qin Zhixian: I've never been in a relationship. I hope to date a mature, dependable alpha.

Yu Xiashi's heart shattered into pieces.

Yu Xiashi no longer dared to entertain any hopes about Qin Zhixian.

During filming, she diligently completed the tasks set by the production crew and conscientiously hung around the big shots, stirring up buzz.

Tying on aprons, drying hair, and sharing all kinds of flirtatious moments with different big shots.

But even though she never actively approached Qin Zhixian, Qin Zhixian was always the one she was paired with for tasks, the one whose gaze lingered on her, and the one who helped her turn down food she was allergic to.

Even on her date with the domineering CEO omega, the person who showed up in the end was Qin Zhixian, who had used a privilege exchange card.

Later, in a dim room with the cameras turned off, Qin Zhixian, cold as frost, cornered her. Her jade-white fingers carefully brushed over Yu Xiashi's gland, while the pheromones of a top omega filled the room.

The familiar, crisp, delicate scent made Yu Xiashi tremble uncontrollably. It was the only pheromone she could sense.

Yu Xiashi was so flustered she wanted to run, but Qin Zhixian took the initiative and kissed her.

"Yu Xiashi, don't you dare run."

That night, Yu Xiashi learned that Qin Zhixian still bore her mark.
