Xia Youshan had been bedridden with a serious illness for many years. She thought she would die in the summer she turned twenty. Then, out of nowhere, a strange charlatan appeared at her bedside and began preaching in front of the doctors frantically trying to resuscitate her: Believe in the Demon God, and gain eternal life.
On the principle of giving it a try, Xia Youshan chose to sign the charlatan's contract. After ending her life in the mortal world, she began an immortal life serving the Demon God.
It seemed like a trivial matter, but it was the beginning of everything:
The God said: You must have an absolutely pure love for the divine.
Xia Youshan: Is this really a god? This is obviously my wife, whom I've never even met!
The God said: As a follower of the God, you must offer up everything you have.
Xia Youshan: Of course, of course! Wife, I want to have your baby!
The God said: You may confess all your sins and misdeeds to the God. The God will forgive you for everything.

The God couldn't go on...
At a team-building event with her fellow believer coworkers, Xia Youshan got carried away talking.
"That's right, that's right. We'll have a child."
That night, someone knocked on her door.
The deity, so beautiful that it was impossible to tell whether they were male or female, stood outside.
With lashes lowered, the deity looked at the stunned follower and said, "I've evolved a womb just like yours. So, are you going to give birth to this child, or am I?"
Notes:
The author has made up a great deal of the setting.
This is not a world entirely populated by women. Most people are women, but there are a few male supporting characters.
The love interest is somewhat nonhuman. At first, the character does not even have a gender, but chooses to become a woman because of the protagonist. The story celebrates women, drawing on the divine saying: "Girls are the greatest creatures in this world."
