Hourglass

A year after her death, Nan Gui saw thirty-year-old Shi Rugu for the first time.

She thought the gods had answered her prayers, made her lose her memories, and sent her back to Shi Rugu. But when she opened her eyes again, she saw Shi Rugu at twenty-eight.

She rowed against the current of time until the two of them met again where they had first met.

From then on, Nan Gui was always one step ahead of her own life, until she finally accepted everything fate had given her.
