How Did the Director of the Western Depot Pretend to Be My First Love?

A famine separated her from the childhood sweetheart next door.

Years later, her extraordinary painting skills caught the eye of the head of the imperial painting academy, who had come looking for talent. She packed her bags and headed to the capital to become a court painter.

To her surprise, her childhood sweetheart was there, too... only now he was the director of the Western Depot.

But the farming family next door had actually had two sons: twins.

The director sets up a clever chain of schemes, and the little painter mistakes the wrong twin for her first love.

Please note that both brothers have significant roles.
