[Honkai: Star Rail] After I Died, My Childhood Friend Became the Divine General

[A little update every day. Feel free to save up a few chapters and read them later.]

While pursuing the Borisin, He Yuan was caught in a stellar quake and lost contact for seven days.

Afterward, all his equipment was ruined. With no other option, he could only send signals into space to no avail, until the Strategic Investment Department happened to find him while passing through on a business trip.

Once he got back online, He Yuan learned four things.

First, it was now the year 2157, but he remembered becoming a Cloud Knight in 2154. Even if you counted the shortest possible span of seventy years, nearly three hundred years should have passed.

He looked into it carefully and discovered that it had been seven hundred years.

In other words, the seven days he experienced had been seven hundred years for everyone else.

Second, he had no form of identification and was an undocumented person, but his childhood friend Jing Yuan was still alive and ought to be able to help him get his identity restored.

Third, his three childhood friends and two other companions had either died or gone mad. None of them seemed to have any idea what they were doing.

Fourth, the IPC Director Aventurine standing before him was trying to recruit him into the Strategic Investment Department, claiming that the Amber Lord had sent him here.

He Yuan: "..."

After a series of twists and turns, He Yuan became the eleventh member of the Ten Stonehearts and headed to the Xianzhou Luofu to work on developing Aurum Alley.

He arrived at just the right time. His three childhood friends and his surviving companion had all gathered together. They fought while giving him all kinds of concerned looks, and by the end, they were arguing over who got to keep him.

Jing Yuan: "Xiao Yuan, we agreed back then that you'd always stay by my side."

Blade: "You said you liked me."

Dan Heng: "You promised you'd go see the outside world with me."

Jingliu sneered. "Do you think the IPC will just let him go?"

He Yuan, who hadn't been able to get a word in: "Could you at least ask what I want?"

*Jing Yuan is the main pairing. He just has such strong main-partner energy. The other three get their own extra stories.

*A heartthrob adored by everyone! The four in the blurb definitely aren't the only ones, but they get the most scenes!

*I added the Aeons to my last novel and couldn't manage all of them, so in this one the Aeons will just be background characters (emphasis).

*The main story goes up to the Xianzhou arc, including the Wardance. There are different endings.

*Planning to update every other day. I want to write this so much, but I can't build up a backlog, so I'm starting it to keep myself on track.

*This is an alternate version of Xiao Yuan, a native of the world from Xianzhou Dating Sim. You don't need to have read it to enjoy this.

Theme: Make the most of every moment.
