One day, he walked out of the prosecutor's office and ran straight into a con artist on the street.

Clutching his wound, the con artist told him, "You ran me over and crippled me. You'll have to take care of me for a month."

Qi Zeming stared at the red light above his head, the sign that he was lying, and hesitated over whether to shock him.

The next second, the con artist hugged his leg and sobbed, "Please, save me! Someone's trying to kill me!"
