Humans, Crabs Are Really Fierce!

Xie Yuan was a little sand crab, born different from the rest.

He was no bigger than a glutinous rice ball, yet he was incredibly strong and fast.

He even beat up seabirds. Whenever he won, he plucked out their feathers as trophies, reigning over the shore with no one daring to challenge him.

With nothing to do most days, his greatest hobby was building himself a mansion, making his little sand den opulent and grand. He'd proudly plant his pincers on his hips and declare, "I'm the hardest-working crab in the world!"

But one day, a villain came out of nowhere!

Before he could even admire the mansion he'd just finished building, a man suddenly stepped on it and flattened it.

The man didn't care at all. He even lay back on a beach chair and sunbathed as if he had every right to be there.

Xie Yuan raised his pincers and rushed over furiously. "Human, apologize to crab!"

"Crab's big claw hurts a lot when it pinches people!"

"Human, crab is super fierce! ...Huh?"

With a light pinch of his long, slender fingers, the man picked up the tiny, flailing sand crab. Their eyes met, and Su Linyi looked at him in confusion. "?"

The little sand crab ruled his home without restraint. Su Linyi didn't get angry. He just watched quietly as the little sand crab ran amok, letting it turn the whole house upside down.

That night, when Su Linyi sat alone in a corner with the lights off, the little sand crab rushed over with its claws raised and shouted furiously, "Crab wants dinner! What is human spacing out for?!"

Su Linyi froze. The gloom lifted, and he suddenly felt that a noisy home was wonderful, too.

He started buying toys and snacks for the little sand crab, and even played with it.

His assistant said he smiled more than he used to.

Su Linyi didn't deny it. He simply looked at the little sand crab poking its head out of his pocket and looking around, and smiled again.

Su Linyi had long noticed damp patches appearing on his pillow, but the little sand crab always denied having climbed into his bed.

Then one night, Su Linyi was woken by a rustling sound. "Xie Yuan?"

The little sand crab, in the middle of making a getaway, froze. The next moment, a flash of white light appeared, and a naked young man materialized out of nowhere. His soft, damp hair clung to his forehead, his skin was bright white, and his eyes were wide with innocence. "Crab... really turned into a human?"

Su Linyi's Adam's apple bobbed, but he didn't speak for a long moment. After years of keeping his desires in check, his heart was now pounding like thunder.

Xie Yuan tried to run again, but Su Linyi grabbed him around the waist. In a low voice, he said, "Now that you've turned human, you won't have to sneak into bed anymore."
