[Horror Crossover] Sleeping Beside Them Tonight

The protagonist's name isn't decided yet, so I'll use "he" in the blurb for now!

When an out-of-control car scraped past him, a feeling like no other thrilled his nerves.

The sensation of nearly dying was so wonderful.

Why couldn't he experience it every day?

People kept foreseeing danger in their sleep, and every time, he was there,

helping his friends survive one deadly crisis after another.

His friends hugged him, overcome with emotion, and thanked God through their tears.

At last,

something came looking for him.

The feeling of near-death crept into every inch of his nerves.

A hoarse voice came from behind him.

"Want to know the price of playing tricks on the Grim Reaper?"

As his buddy flirted with the girl he had a crush on in the room next door at the inn,

darkness rolled toward him, covering the whole world.

Cold black mist leaned close to his ear and asked in a rough, hoarse voice,

"Want to know what they're doing next door?"

His mouth was covered and his eyes were blocked, so he couldn't answer. He only felt his clothes being pulled up, and heard the voice continue,

"Let me tell you."

Consumed by rage, he swore that whatever this thing was, he would make it pay.
