[Western Crossover] King

No one knows that Bruce Wayne has a lover, one he personally sent to Blackgate Penitentiary. - Someone is secretly controlling Gotham. Not the Penguin, not Black Mask, not the Roman, not the Joker, not Two-Face... Not any known villain. No one knows his name, but he is everywhere. More than half of Gotham's police have been bought, and most of its senior officials have been intimidated into following him. The villains don't dare mention his name, and no one dares meddle in his business. After a long investigation, Batman has only uncovered one alias: King. He never expected to hear that alias from Grossman's secretary. Only then did he learn that his gentle, tolerant lover, the man he pinned beneath him every night, had such a vicious side. - For Grossman, falling in love with Bruce seemed perfectly natural. Bruce's exceptional looks were the least remarkable of his many virtues. Most importantly, in Grossman's eyes, Bruce possessed a vitality utterly out of place in Gotham. For Grossman, uncovering Bruce's truest self layer by layer was a kind of pleasure. But he never imagined that, once he had peeled away all those layers, he would find Batman underneath... - Many years later, a weary, numb Bruce appeared in the visiting room at Blackgate Penitentiary. "Did I do something wrong?" Grossman set down the newspaper reporting the tragic death of an adopted son of the Wayne family, then raised a hand and dismissed all the guards. "Bruce, you know you didn't." That night, a great fire broke out at Arkham Asylum, and all the inmates held there were transferred to Blackgate Penitentiary. Grossman had been waiting a long time. "Leave the Joker to me." - * Jason is unharmed. * Age gap: the male lead is seven years older than Bruce. * Batman at 25, just starting out, and King at 32, who's been a crime boss for years. A little indulgent romance! Theme: Order born of love
